At Paul Brooks, we stand by the quality of our herbal and homeopathic products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — with care and fairness.

Returns

We accept returns only if:
• The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• You report the issue within 3 to 5 days of delivery

Please make sure the item is:
• Unused and in its original packaging
• Accompanied by your order number and proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@paulbrooks.pk or call +92 3152007820 with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the product (if damaged or wrong item)
Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive and verify your returned item, we’ll:
• Issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred
• Process the refund within 5–7 business days

Please note:
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• We do not offer returns or refunds for used, opened, or customised products
